Be it resolved by the City Couneil oP the City of Lynwood,
California, as follows:
- ;y�REAS, said City Council. did, on the 4th day of Decembar,
1945, adopt its Resolution No.�3 to order the improvement of
tliat property bp the construction of curbs, �;utters, sidewalks and
driveway aprons in the streets and alleys in the City of Lynwood,
County oP Los Angeles, Stata of Ca2iPornia, described as follows:
In that.property lying South oP �'ern�vood Avenue
and between Bullis Road on the Z"lest and PiIuriel
Drive on the �ast, excepting Lots 1 and 109 to 116,
inelusive, in Tract 10503, in the Citp of Lynwood,
County of Los Rngeles State oP California, all as
described in Map 1945A on P ile in the oPfice of
the City Clerk of said City,
within the above described boundary: And
' eVFTEREI�S� 4Vedneaday, the 2nd day �f January, 1946 e.t the
hour oY 8:00 p.m. at the Council Chamber in the City Hall, in said
City of Lynwood, was the time and plaee set in said Resolution of
Intention,, when and where any ob�ections to the proposed work, or
improvement, or to the extent of the district to be assess�d, or to
the grades to which the work was proposed to be done would be heard
. by said City Couneil; and
Tt�fiEREAS, the City Alerk has heretofore presented and filed,
an� affidavit oP publication of; said Resolution of Intention, show-
ing that the same was published according to law; and
V�1F�AS,,"said City Clerk has also presented and filed his
aPfidavit of mailing notices of the adoption oP said Resolutfon of
, Intention in the time, form and manner, and to the persons,. all
. as provided in the TMlmprovement Act of 1911", as amended; and

WHEREAS, the City Engineer--Superintendent oP Streets has
heretofore presented and filed an affidavit sho�a�ing that notices
of tne passa�e of said Resolution of Intention have been posted in
tl�emanner provided by said �'Improvernent Act of 1911°, as amended;
and
l"PriEREAS, no . further varitten protests ivere _filed and no:
oral protests Lvere made at the said time and place of hearing.
NO�x/, THERFFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by"the City Council of
the City of Lyn��rood as iollows:
That the said City Council has acquired ,Jurisdiction to
order the pronosed lvork, or improvement.
