Said contemplated ��ork, or improveMent, in the , opinion of i;he City CounciT, is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the City Council hereby determinee and declares that the district to be benefited by said work, or im�rovement, and to be asseesed to pay the costs and expenses of furnishing all the � materiale and supplies necessa.ry to d.o the above work, or imnrove- _ ment, is boc,nded and d.escribed ag follo�s: -2.- The Construction of curbs, gutters, sidem�alks and driveway aprons in the streets and alleys of the City of Lynraood, County of Los Angeles, State of C�lifornia., as desoribed as follotvs: _ In that pronerty lying South of Fermvood Avenue and between Bullis Road on the �"deet a.nd Muriel Drive on the East, excepting Lots 1 and 109 to 116, inclusive, in Tract 10503, in the Cit�r of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, Sta.te _ of California as described in rvlap 1945A on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. Section 6. That it is hereby determined that no part of the cost of said improvement is to be �aid by the Cit,y of Lynv�ood.. The entire cost of lubor, materials and supplies is to be na.id by special assessments upon benefited prooerty. � All labor, materials and_ eupplies, the cost of which is to be paid by said specia.l assessment unon benefited property, and ��hich will be furnished and delivered by the Contre,ctor in accor- dance with said Plans and Specifications No. 1945A on file in the office of the City Clerk of Lynwood. Reference is hereby made to said Specifications for a full and complete description and said Specifications shall govern for all details. Section 7. The City Council hereby determines and d.eclares that serial bonds shall be issued in the ma.nner and form provided in the !'Im��rovement Act of 1911", as amended, bearing interest at the I E rate'of six per centum per a.nnum to represent each a�sessmen�t of I twenty-five dollars (�",25.00), or over, remaining unpaid for thirty days after the date of the ivasrant. Said seria.l bonds shall extend _ over a period_ ending nine years from the second day of Ja.nuary next succeeding the nest October fifteenth follo��ing their date. Sa.id bonds and in,terest thereon sha.11 be oaid at the office of the City Treasurer a,nd the same shall be disbureed by him,' all as provided in the °Improvement Act of 1911°, as amended. Sec�ion 8.
