RESOLUTION N0. 1895
RESOLUTION SELLTNG CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED _
UPON PAYMENT OF THF CONSIDERATION NANIED
THEREIN. "
Be it resolved by the City Council of the'City of Iyn-
�^1ood, California, as follows:
WHERE_4,5, the City Council of the City of Iynwood has
heretofore, on t}ie 17th day of � January , 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of Benjamin Decker and Mar�aret B. Decker,
husband and wife as joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; �
NOW, THEREFOR�', the Cit,r Council of the City of Lyn-
v�ood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section�l. 2'hat the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Benjanin Decker and Margaret B. Decker, husband
and wife as �o�.nt tenants
said property hereinafter described, subject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City "shall convey to said purchaser no other

or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Secti,on 2. That upon payment to the Ci.ty of Iynwood of
the sum�of Ten and No/100 Dbllars - - - - - - - (�10.00)
The P�Iayor of the City of L,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to .Ben�amin and Margaret B. Decker, husband
ancl wife as �oint tenants

on behalf of the said City oP L and that the City
Clerk of said City is herebp authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Iynwood
hereto, on behalf of the said City of LS,nvrood. ,
Section 3. That the Mayor and Cit,y Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said.City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The propertq conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to-wit:
The North Al5 feet of the South '45 feet
oP Lot 144, Tract 2551, as per map re-
corded in Book 24, Pages 78, 79, and
80, of Maps, Records of Los `Angeles
Count,y, California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January , 1946.
