RESOLUTION SELLING CEFtTP.IN REAL ESTATE
ATdD AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYMENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by t�ie City Co�ancil of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as Lollows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the �ity of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 17th day of April , 194 5 ac-
cepted the offer of Victor H. Limber, a married man
for the purchase of all of the rlght, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to'certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council oP the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine andorder as follows:
. 8ect3on 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Victor H. Limber, a married man
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditiona,
restrictions, reservations and easementa of record.
• That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to.said lands than has been acquired by
said City, -
Section 2. That upon pa,yment to the �ity of Lynwood of
the sum of Ten and No/l00 dollars - - - - - - - - -(�10.00)
the �Iayor of the �ity of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Victor H. Limber, a married man

, on beha.lf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the Gity
Clerk of said Gity is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to afxix the City seal oP the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City oP Lynwood. .
Section 3. That the �tayor a.nd �ity Clerk of said ,City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to si�n any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
land s.
Section 4. That the City, Clerk oP said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said �ity of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said conaideration shAll have been paid to
said City, .
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to-wit:
The West 40 feet of Lot 75, Tract 4936,,
` as per map recorded in Book.53, Page 100,
of ri�Iapa, Records of Los Angeles County,
California. ' �
