Be it resolved ry the City Council of the City of Lyn-
uood; Galifornia, as follows: �
R'HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lvnwood has

cepted the offer of Eilert Voge and Wilma Pa�line Voge,

for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lyntivood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THz'REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order c�s follows:

or greater title to �aid lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon p�yment to the City of Lynwood oP

orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyanee of cer-
tain land hereinafter desoribed, conveying the eame as above
