Se it resolved by the City Council oi' the City of Lyn-
- wood, -Cal - aa folluws: ' �� ' � �
WHEF�F,AS, the Cit,y Council of the City of L,ynwood has
heretofore, on the ,_6th day of Iv]arch _, 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of Randall Roy Jacobs, a single man
for �he purch<�se of e.11 of the right, tltle and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, TH�REFORE,, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
y Section_l. That the City_of Lynwood shall convey to-- -
the said Randall Roy Jacobs, a. single man
said property }�ereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.�
. That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
sald City.
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of ien and no/one hundredtha Dollars (ao10.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance oY cer-
tain land hereinafter deacribed, conveying the same as above
specified to g,�ndall Roy Jacobs, a single man

on behalf of the said C9ty of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of sa.id City is hc�reb5� authorized to attest said
