Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-

WHERFAS, the Cit,y Council of 'the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 7�h day of u�u�t _, 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of Sweat L. Narlin and Gladys B. Narlin, hus-
band and_ wife, as joint tenants, a.s to an undivided one-half
interest and in Harry L.Taylor and Roxana Louise Taylor, husband
and l�ife,as �9oint tenants, as an undivided one-half interest
for the purch�ase of all of the right, title and intereat of
the City of Lynv�ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THF'REFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order c�s follows:
SeCtion 1._ That the City o:f Lynwood shall-convey to --
the said Stiveat L.Narling• and Gladys B.Narlin, husband and e�ife
as joint tenants, as to an undivided one-half interest ancl in
Harry L. Taylor and Roxana Louise Ta.ylor, husba.nd and wife,
as joint tenants, as an undivided one-half interest
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
sfzi'd City.
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood oP
the sum of Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollars (y�10.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyanee of cer-
tain land hereina£ter described conveyin$ the same as above
specified to Sweat L. Narlin and Glad,ys B. Narlin, husband. and
wi°e, as joint tenants, as to an undivided one-ha.lf interest
and ;r. Harry L. Taylor and Roxana Louise Ta.ylor, husband and
ivife, as joint tenants, as :�o an tzndivided one-half interest

Clerk of said City is hc�reby� authorized to attest said
deE:d And to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, ori oehalf of the said City of Lynv�ood.
