�WHEREAS, due.notice was given to.destroy such weeda by ,:
. -�• posting '�Notice�to Deatroy.Weeds" notices not more than 100 �
• feet in distance apart as required by law, and ,, .,

protests and,ob,jections to said.matter,�a hearing was duly held
�� and no written or oral ob,jectioris were made, aither in writing or_ '

WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit,y of._Lyna�ood has
considered all of the f acts an3 is fully.informed in.the m�tter; •
; that they'have acquired ,jurisdiction to proceed and perform the� �
.work of•removal of said nuisances,, ,
.•NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Street Superin- '
tendent of�.tlie City of Lynwood.be and,he is hereby instructed to .
'-�bate the nui'sances described ir. said Resolution I?o. 1898 by "
ha��ing the weeda referred to removed, and he.and his assistants
., •are hereby'expressly authorized to enter'iipon private.property

BE IT FURTF.ER RESOLVED that any property owners shall
have the right.to ha.ve any auch weed nuisance removed and
ab�,ted at his own expense, provided such work is done prior to
the time the work is done by the Street Stzperintendent. If
the work is done by the Aroperty owner, no charge shall be made
by the City of Lynwood.
APPROVED and ADOPTED thia 15th day of February, 1945.
