minutes of the Town Cormission held on December 16th,1946.
Present: Commissioners: W.S. Webb and C;m.J.Br.uer
Invited: C.X. Byrd and 17.J.Johnston
14R. V.J. Johnston was appointed by the Council to
serve as h:unicipal Judge for one year, his salary to be $1.00
per year and such other additional compensation as the Council
see fits. 1r. '�I.J. Johnsbbn was sworn in by Town Clerk Wm.J.Bauer
Mr. C.Y.Byrd reported that the State Road Department
had agreed to remove trees on the North limits that were dangerous
to visibility on a double Bend in the road.
There being no further business to come before the meeting,
it adjo -rned.
