AND GERTRUDE DRIVE, THENCE VJESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE
OF iu40RTON ROAD TO BULLIS ROAD, THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG
THE EAST SIDE OF BULLIS ROAD TO FERN?"lOOD AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
as followa:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-wit: the
construction of cement concrete sidewalks, curba, gutters,.and
appurtenances in Tract 10503 ae described above has been prepared
� by Robin A. Graves, City Engineer, and delivered to the Gity Council
of the City of Lynwood, as provided by the "Special Assessment
Investigation, Limitation �nd Ma�ority Protest Act of 1931, " as
amended, as directed by the City Council at their regular meeting
held on January 2, 1946.
N0;"!, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as followa: �
1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwoocl does here-
by approve said report and orders that said report be filed with
the City Clerk. -

2. That the Cit'y Council hereby fixes the �2E�d day of April,
1946, at the hour of o'clock P. M. as the day and hour, and
the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in the
City of Lynwood, California, as the place when and �vY!ere any and
all peraons interested may appear before said City Council and be
heard on any matter pertaining to said report,
3. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to give the notice
prescribed by Section 6 of said "Special Assessment Investigation,
