Be it resolved by the City Council of the Ci of Lyn-

� WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o,f Lynwood has
heretofore, on the `5th day of __P4ar . _, 194�, ac-
cepted the offer of._Chables Ruby and Minnie CR Ruby,
hueband and wife as ,Joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynu�ond in and to certain lands lying within

� Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey tn
the said Charles A. Ruby and Minnie C. Ruby, husbanc3 and

That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
