R'HEREAS, the City Council of the Gity of Lynwood has
' hereT,ofore, on the lOth day of February ,, 1943 , ac-
cepted the offer of Charles A. Ruby and Minnie C.R*_�by,

for the purchase of all of the right, title and intereat of
; the City of Lynx�ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THF'REFORE, the City Council of the City oP Lyn-
wood doeu hereby resolve, dete;mine an3 order as follows:

the said Charles A. Ruby and DRinnie C. Ruby, husband and

said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,

That the City shall cc�nvey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than hae been acquired by •
said City.
Seetion 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood oP
the sum of Ten and.No/One-htandredths Dollars (�10,00)
the.Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above .
