BE IT RESOLPED by the City Council of the City of Lynvrood
as follows;
VlHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk a
copy of Notice of Intention to circulate a petition for the annexa-
tion to the City of Lynwood, the territory described in said Notice
� of 2ntention ae provided in General Laws of the State of California,
Act 5159 (Annexation Act of Z913) as amended.
NQ'�h' TF�REFORE, the said City Council hereby acknowledges
the receipt of said petition and does hereby�approve the intention
oP the proponants to circulate said petition.
