INVESTIGATIdN REPORT, IN CONNECTION 41�ITH Tf�
CONSTRUCTION OF SIDET$ALK,S, CURBS AND GUTTERS
" IN THE DISTZ?ICT HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
HE IT RFS�I,VED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
as follows:
l. That pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code Division
4, cited as the ':Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and
Ma3ority Protest Aet of 1931," the Pollowing report be, and the same
' is, hereby made of the Pindings and determinations of said City Council
made upon the hearing held and eonducted by said City Council pursuant
to its order theretofore duly made, upon the Investigation Report
upon the proposed construction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters in
the following described district:
Beginning at the intersection of the Center Lines .
of Bullis Road and It4orton Road, thence southerly along the
centar line of Bullis Road to,a point of intersection with
the northerly bounck�y of the Pacific Electric right-of-
way, thence southeasterly along the north boundaryof the
- aforementioned right-of-way to a point of intersection of
the center line of Ernestine Avenue, thence northerly along
the center line of Ernestine Avenue to a point of inter-
j section with the center line of an alley lying between �
Pdorton Road on the north and Fernwood I�venue on the south,
thence southeasterly along the center line of Gertrude
�, Drive, thence northerly along the said center line to a
point of intersection with the center line of Morton
"Road, thence westerly to the point of beginning�
as proposed in Resnlution No. 1902 0£ the City Council of the City
of Zynwood.
(a} That the hearin� upon said Investigation Report was
held on the 2nd day of April, 1946, at the hour of 8:00 o`clock
". P,M., at the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street,
in said City of Lynwood, and said hearing was fully completed and
concluded on said date without adjournment;

. (b) That at the time of said hearing, the City Clerk of
the City of Lynwood presented to said City Council his Affidavit
• of Mailing of Notices in the time, Yorm and manner and to the
persons as required by law; that said Affidavit is now on file in
the office of said City Clerk;
(c) That at the commencement of said hearing and before
protests were considered and had, the Investigation Report above
referred to (exeept as to the map, plat, or diagram attached thereto
and the assessed valuations and true valuations of, and assessments
and estimated assessments upon individual parcels of landj was read
and explained to those assembled in attendance at said hearing;
(d) That there were 25 persons in attendance at said
hearing, other than those holding and conducting same, in connection
with the hearing of said report;
(e} 2'hat no written protests were filed with the City.Clerk
of the City of Lynwood at or before the time fixed Por said hearing;
_(f} That there were firio: writterf protests made or
at or during the progress of said hearing;
(g) That there were no oral protests made at said hearing;
(h} That said written protests were filed by the owner of
less than fif'ty per cent (500}, viz., p0 per cent of the total a.rea
of the district proposed to be assessed for the payment of the costs
. of eaid improvement; and
(i) That the nature of the protests made is as follows;
