Research and analyze applicable State Statutes, Florida Administrative Code and local
ordinances with regards to the voluntary annexation process. The analysis, to be provided to
the Town Manager, will consist of the possible voluntary annexation options, timelines and
tasks required and a recommendation on the most efficient and preferred method for the Town
of Gulf Stream to annex the enclave directly north of and adjacent to the Town's existing
municipal boundary. It is anticipated this will include coordination with the Town's legal
counsel, as well as the Cities of Boynton Beach and Delray Beach in regard to the provision of
municpal services.
