RESOLUTION No. 1922
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC
COMPANY TO RELOCA�E SPUR TRACK ACROSS TRAVELED
ROADWAY.E�TENDING WESTERLY FROM BUTLER A�IENUE
The City Council of the City of Lyn�vood does hereby
� determine and declare that the public interest, necessity and
convenience require, and it is hereby ordered:
That the Southern Pacific Company be authorized, and
it is hereby directed to relocate its spur track across the
traveled roadway extendin� westerly of Butler Avenue across the
right of way of said Southern Pacific Company to a'location
described as follows;
Commencing at,the intersection of the southerly line
of said Butler.Avenue, extending easterlp from Alameda
Street (easterly roadway), with the westerly line of said
Alameda Street, said westerly line being also the easterly
line of the right-of-v.ray, 90 feet wide, of tha Southern
Pacific Railroad Company; thence•northerlg, along said
westerly line of Alameda Street, 5 feet; thence westerly,
aC right angles, 23..?5 feet, to the true point of beginning
'� of the ce'nter line of said track to be described; thence
northerly, 17 feet, to s point in the nortY�erly line of
said road crossing, distant vaesterly thereon, 23.75 feet;
from its intersection with weaterly line of said Alameda
Street.

attached to application of Southern Pacific Company for authority
��j to make such relocation of its spur track, on file in the office
- of the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, is referred to as showing
the manner and location of said relocation of spur track.
