Urban Design Studio would he happy to provide these services. In order to facilitate our understanding of the issues outlined in your memo, I would recommend that we perform a field visit with you or with one of your staff in order to observe the areas of concern. We anticipate that there will be two appearances before the Town Commission to present our findings and recommendations. Any additional meetings would be billed on an hourly basis. Following is a list of the consultation services to be performed-, Boats and Docks: Evaluate appropriateness of sizing boat lifts and docks according to water frontage. Consider boat size relative to sea wall frontage. Determine number of lights permitted on a dock. 2. Review existing codes with regard to restricting hedges over 4' in height and within the 15' setback from water. Review this in the context of current Design Manual recommendations and past code prohibited specifications. 3. Complete review of Multi -family section of Code. Determine if an update is required and evaluate Multi -family compatibility with some sections of Single Family section. We would propose to provide these services for a fee of 54,800. Fees shall be billed on an hourly basis in accordance with the hourly rates referenced on the attached "Terms" sheet. 477 G.
