Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to .
the said 8terling Company
, sald property rereinafter descrlbed, sub,ject to conditions,
restrict3.ons, reservations and easemente of record.

or greater tttle to sa1:d land� than has been acqufrec3 by
s�ild City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the 'sum of Ten_and No/One-hundredths Dollars (�10.00)
the Ma�or of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyanee of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the sarne as above
apecified to The Sterling Company
