PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Minor spent nine years as a planner with the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida prior to joining the team
at Urban Design Kilday Studios. He led and supervised a four -person Current Planning Division which was
responsible for the review of all new development projects within the fast-growing municipality from 1996 to
1999. Mr. Minor reviewed all types of development projects, interpreted land development regulations and made
presentations before various elected and advisory boards. Mr. Minor has drafted numerous sections of the City's
Land Development Regulations and Comprehensive Plan elements and policies. Additionally, Mr. Minor is a
former newspaper journalist who has worked for a variety of newspapers, in addition to the Associated Press and
the Scripps -Howard News Bureau, in such locales as Tel Aviv, Israel; Washington, D.C.; Knoxville, Tennessee;
Youngstown, Ohio; and Stuart, Florida.
On behalf of Urban Design Kilday Studios, Mr. Minor has represented, designed, managed and processed
development applications for Planned Community Districts (PCD), Planned Unit Developments (PUD), Future
Land Use Plan Amendments, annexations, site plan reviews, rezonings, and plat approvals. Mr. Minor has been
involved through all aspects of the development process from its earliest designs through construction. Mr.
Minor has also assisted local government with drafting the state -mandated Evaluation and Appraisal Reports and
amendments to their Comprehensive Plans. Mr. Minor is the Planning Consultant for the Town of Gulf Stream.
His duties include representing clients before elected boards, coordinating the design of projects with architects
and landscape architects, preparation of reports and development applications, and the tracking of government
review activities. Mr. Minor has secured the approval for thousands of new homes and more than a million square
feet of commercial and office space. He has planned many projects within Palm Beach Gardens such as Legacy
Place, PGA Commons, Donald Ross Village, The PGA Office Center and the Scripps Florida Phase II/Briger Tract
Development of Regional Impact. Mr. Minor has also secured development approvals for projects in Royal Palm
Beach, Wellington and Juno Beach.

Graduate of Florida Atlantic University, 1995, with a Master of Urban and Regional Planning Degree
Graduate of Ohio University, 1985, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism

ANNOUNCEMENT TO OUR FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES
Anne Booth has been named Managing General Partner of Urban Design
Studio, the land planning, urban design and landscape architecture firm located in the
heart of West Palm Beach at City Place. As Principal and Director of the Urban
Design Studio Governmental Approval Division, Ms. Booth's expertise in planning
and governmental approvals encompasses a wide variety of projects including large
scale residential communities such as PGA National, BallenIsles Country Club, and
Mirasol as well as non-residential projects such as the Benjamin School (Upper
School), Donald Ross Village, and The Commons. As Managing General Partner,
Ms. Booth will direct the activities of the other Division Directors, including
Planning, Landscape Design, Graphics, and all other disciplines within the firm.
Ms. Booth joined the firm in 1978, just six months after the company was founded
by the late Henry "Hank" Skokowski. Booth is a former member of the Town of
Jupiter Planning and Zoning Board and a current member of the American Planning
Association, the Palm Beach County Planning Congress, the PGA Boulevard
Corridor Association, and the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches.

Jack Michael Perry will be joining Urban Design Studio as the Director of Design. As Director
of Design, Mr. Perry will manage and direct the landscape architectural services of the firm as
well as support land planning and new business development. Mr. Perry's diversified experience
in the fields of urban design, resort and new town planning and landscape architecture
encompasses a wide range of projects including the Disneyland Paris Resort, Harmony Institute,
Callaway Gardens, Florida City, Dorado Beach and The Punta Cana Resort. His projects range
from the site-specific to the regional scale, within the United States, the Caribbean, Brunei and
France.
Mr. Perry's previous experience includes work with some of the Country's best firms and clients,
including The Irvine Company, Phillips Brandt Reddick, Rancho Santa Margarita, The Walt
Disney Company, and the Rockefeller Family. Most recently he served as Senior Associate with
Hart Howerton, a nationally recognized architectural, planning and landscape architectural firm
located in Manhattan.
Mr. Perry's skills and abilities will enhance the staff of urban designers, urban planners, land
planners, landscape architects and graphic designers presently on the Urban Design Studio team.

I feel it a privilege to take this opportunity to express my pleasure in working with
Urban Design Studio for the past several years.
One of my current roles as Town Manager for the Town of Gulf Stream is to review
all single family applications for additions, renovations and new construction. This
is accomplished by utilizing the Gulf Stream Design Manual which was prepared
by Urban Design Studio (UDS). The team efforts between the Town and UDS
produced an innovative set of regulations and design guidelines which, over the
past decade, have eliminated the negative effect of mansionization in our
community. As a testament to Urban Design Studio's capabilities, the design
manual was so effective that it became integrated in its entirety into the Town's
Code of Ordinances. The manual is easy to use and is effective in perpetuating the
unique and charming residential. character of the Town of Gulf Stream.
UDS continues to be an important part of the review process through ongoing
architectural review services and code modifications as requested by the Town.
The firm is always very responsive and has an experienced team of professionals
which stands behind its work product.
