RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD CONVEYING CERTAIN TAX
DEEDED LOTS TO THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn�F�ood
a.s follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood acquired tax title to cer-
tain properties in the City of Lynwood by agreement entered into

on March 6, 1945 ander Division l, part 6, Cha.pter 8, Article 1 and
� 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California, sa,id

a�reement being known as, ��Agreement No. ?75°, and
( WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has acquired fee title to
certain pronertiea included in said agreement, to be used for
municipal purposes, a.nd
YVHEREAS, the City of Lynwood may therefore secure cancel-
lation of existing taxes,l
NOW� THEREr":ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of -

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Lynwood be and he is hereby authorized to execute an instrument
known as °Reconveyance of Real Estate", under the provisions of
� Section 3807.5 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, for and on behalf
of the City of Lynwood.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk sha.11 certify
. ,
to the adoption of this Resolution and cause a certified copy of said
Resolution to be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors of the County
of�L•os'`�'Angeles. • ,
