REVEidUE A11D TAXATION CODE ON PROPERTY AC_
QUIRED BY THE CITY OF LYlV'A�OOD FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES.
_ He it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lymraood
as follows:
WHEREA5, the City of Lynwood has acquired certain property
within said City for public purposes; and
4VHEREAS, there are unpaid taxes on said
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynvaood as follows:
Section 1: That it is hereby certified that the property
covered by this application, herelnaYter deacribed, is now being
used for the pubTic purpose set out opposite the deacription of
each respeetive parcel.
_ Section 2: That the County Auditor be a.nd he is hereby
requested to cancel all unpaid taxes on said property. � �
