RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNNlOOD ADOPTING B�DGET AND APPROVING
MEIt40RAIQDUR'I OF AGREEMENT FOR,EX�ENDITURE OF
1/4 CENT GAS TAX AI,LOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMFORTANCE
V�REAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the State of California in accord-
ance with a project stateinent for expenditure of the 1/4
cent gas tax for the fixcal year 1947 allocated for
streets of major importance other than State hi�hways in
the City of Lynwood; and
4'JHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
TN�REFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the
_ City of Iynwood that said project statement
be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed ex-
penditures of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for streets
of major importance other than State highways, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor
and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City
� its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
