TRACT 12600 AS RECORDED IN BOOK 241� PAGE 34 OF
' RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY� IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD.
RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND FIXZ1dG TIIvIE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
as follows:
VJHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-wit: the
construction of cement concrete-sidewalks, curbs, guttera, and appur-
tenances in Tract 12600 as described aboye has been prepared by Robin
A. Graves, City Engineer, and delivered to the City Council of the City
of Lynivood, a.s provided b,y the Streets and Highways Code Division 4
� cited 2s °Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Ma.�ority
protest Act of 1931," as amended, as directed by the Ci�ty Council at
their regul�r meeting held on Msy 7, 1946.

�NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as Pollowa:
l. That the City Council of tlie City of Lynwood does hereby
approve said report and orders that said report be filed with the City
Clerk. ,
2. That the City Council hereby fixes the 18th day of June
� 1946, at the hour�of 8:00 o'clock P. M, as the day and hour, and the
Council Chamber the City Hall, 1133T-Plaza Street, in the City of
Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any and all persons
interested may apPear before said City Council and be heard on any�
matter pertaining to said report,
. 3. That the City Cl.erk is hereby ordered to give the notice
prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Hi�hways Oode referred
to and cited as �'Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and
Ma,9ority Protest Act of 1931" to all pereons deaignated in said
