The Wellsburg Town Council met in special session on April 10,
1975, at 1 P.M. with Mayor Hippen presiding and all council members
present.
Purpose of the meeting was to consider Resolution of Necessity for
a new water pump & installation of the same in the Town of Wellsburg.
Moved by Fairbanks, 2nd by Heinrich to approve the Resolution of
Necessity with purchase price and installation to be limited to no
more than $10,000.
Roll call of votes --
Ayes- Huisman, Heinrich, Fairbanks, Cordes, Van Deest
Nays- None Absent- None Carried.
There being no further business, the meetipg stood adjourned.

Purpose of the meeting was to consider the purchase of a new pump
for the town.
It was moved, by Fairbanks, seconded by Van Deest to purchase a Red
Jacket pump from Dewey Well Co., Slater, Iowa, in the amount of $5100.

Ayes- Heinrich, Cordes, Van Deest, Fairbanks
Nays- None Absent at voting- Huisman Carried.
There being no further business, the meeting stoo adjourned.

with Mayor Hippen presiding and all co present.
Hollis Ryken, city engineer, submitted preliminary plans for ex-
tension of the sanitary sewer system.
Moved by Cordes, 2nd by Fairbanks for Ryken to submit recommended
plans to the State Board of Health for approval. Carried.

Deest present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion
by Tan Deest, seconded by Huisman. Carried.
