RESOLUTION NO.2012-63
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF INTERN
NICHOLAS ZURBEY
WHEREAS, Nicholas Zurbey is currently employed by the city of Medina as the part-time
temporary Intern in the Planning and Public Works Departments; and
WHEREAS, on September 27, 2012, Nicholas Zurbey submitted a letter of resignation
from his position addressed to the City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Nicholas Zurbey's resignation from his position shall become effective on
October 11, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Nicholas Zurbey's letter of resignation is hereby accepted with gratitude for a job well done.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Martinson, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
