Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lvn-
wood, California, as follows:
- WHEREAS, the Cit,y Council of; the City of Lynvaood has
heretofore, on the 5t�i_ day of December: 194 4 aC-
cepted the offer of Lynwood Rotary C3ub, a California
Co rpo ra.tio n,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
' the City of Lynu�ood in and to certain lands lyYng within..
. eaid City;
NOW, TH�REFORE, the City Council of the City'of Lyn-
_, wood does hereby resolvc, 3etermine and order as follows:
_ ,, Section I. That the City of Ly rnvood shall convey to
the said Lynwood. Rotary Club, a California Corporat3on, .
said property hereinafter degcribed, sub,ject to condit2ons,
restr].etion�, reservations ar.d easements of record.
That the Ci,ty shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said. lands.than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of Five Hundred Twenty-five and no/100 Dollars (�525.00)
the PJiayor of the C1ty of L,ymuood is hereby auth- ,
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
taiti lsnd hereinafter described, conveying the same ac above
specified to L,ynwood Rotary Club, a �alifornia Corporation,
