'Be it resalved hy the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
' w'HEREAS, the City Counc3l of the CiT,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 19th day of DecembPr, 194,g_ aC-
� cepted the offer of Hollydale Homes, Incorporated
for the purchase of al1 of the right, title and intereat oP
the Ci.ty of Lynwood in and to certain lAnds.lying within
said Gity;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Hollydale Home�,Incorporated,
said.property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
, That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
. or greater title to said lands than h�s been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the Gity of Lynv�ood of
t4ie sum of One Tnousand and no/100 Dollars ($�1,000.00)
the T,Sayor of the City of L,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer--
taiti la.nd hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Hollydale Homee, Incorporated,

on behalf of the �aid City of Lynwood, and tha.t th� Clt�
Clerk of said City i� hereby autho.rize3 to attes� :aid.
deed and to afFi�; the City se�.l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said Cit,y of Lynvaood.
Secticn 3. lhat tne IvIayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behaZf of s�.ici C..ty, are hereby authorized to sign any ,
escrow ap;reement necess�:ry to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section �. Th�at the City Clerk ni said City is author-
ized to deliver �a1d deed to the ;rantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition *hat the said consideration sht�ll have been paid to
s2id C:i.ty.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described �s follou���s, to wit:
Lot 889, Tract 3172, as per map recorded in Book 3?,
PRge 90, of NIapa, Records of Los Angeles County,
California,
