Se it resolved hy the City Council of the-City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CiTy of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th day of _ Julv _, 194�, ac-
cepted the offer of Harold Brown a.nd Blanche Brown, ,
huaband and wife; ,joint tenante,
. for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, 3etermine and order as follows: .
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Harold Brown and Blaache Brown, husband and wife
as ,oint tenants,
eaid property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
re�trictions, re,ervations and easements of reco:d, and eub,ject
to Bond I�o. 473 for installation of aewer.
That the City shall convey to said. purchaser no other
or grea.ter title to �aid lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynr�rood of
the sum of Three Ht�ndred and no/100 Dollars (9�"300,00)
the PJiayor of the City of LymNOOd is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of cunveyance of cer-
taiti la.nd hereinafter descrlbed, conveying the same ac above
specified to Har.old Brown and Blanche Brown, husband and vaife
as .joint tenants,

Clerk of said City ie hereby autnorized to attest ,�-_i3
