' described above has heretofore been prepared by Robin Graves,
City Engineer, and d.elivered to the City Council of the City of.
- Lynwood, as provided by the "Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Pi!ajority Protest Act of 1931", as amended,
P10W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
(1) That eaid City Council of th,e City of Lynwood
do2s hereby approve said report and orders that the same
' , be filed with its Clerk.
• (2� That �aid City Council hereby fixes the 6th d.ay
, of February, 1945, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M.
as the day and hour, and the Council Chamber�of the City
- Council, on the second £loor of the Lynwood City Hall,
in Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any
and all persons interested may apnear before raid City
Council and be heard on any ma.tter perta.ining to said report.
