He St resolved hy the City Council of the Cit� of Lyn-
wood, Califort�ia, as follows:
NJH�:REAS, the Clt,y Ccuncil of the C1ty of Lynwood has
heretoFore, on the ?pd day of January ; 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Wright, a marri�ed man,
for the purci�se of all of the right, title and intereat of
the City of Lynwooci in and to certain lands lying within .
said City;
NOW,. TH�:REFORE, tne City Council. of the City of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resolve, dete;mine and order as follows:
; Section 1. That the City of Lyrnvood shall convey to

: the said Arthur C. Wri�ht, a married man,

� said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictionc, reeervations ar.d easements of record.
That the Ci.ty shall convey to said pu:chaser no other
nr grea.ter title to said. lands than ha� been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynvrood of
the sum of One Hundred and no/1D0 Dollare -----(S�100.00)
the P�iayor of the C1t;� of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tai.ti la.nd hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man�

escrow agreement necessary to complete the tr3nsfer of sajd

ized to deliver said deed to the ;rantee therein named, on
behe�lf of the said Citv of Lynv�ood, as soon as, or upon oon-
