A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL �F THE
CITY OF LYNw'OOD, CALIFOHNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
' The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the Ci,ty of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the Gity-owned ta_x deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
da�ing so far as possible the existing�taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of reeord now on said land: •
THEREFbRE bE IT RESOLVED, that the varitten bid of �
Audley Lytal and Beth L,ytal, husband and wife as loint tenants,.
now on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lynv��ood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
, described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance �!ith the provisions of Resolution No.
1487.of the City of Lynwood, and tivhich bid ��as publiely opened by
the City Clerk at a ---regular meeting of the City Council,

_ , upon the 61 th day of Janua.rv 1945 , is the highest and
'. best, bSd for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
, in said bid are as follows, to wit:
Lots 122, 123 and 157, Trsct 921, as per
map recorded in Book 18, Pages l0o and 107,
� of F�tar�s, Records of Los Angeles County,
' California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �750.Od , payable .�p"189.50 accom-
panying bid, and ?�112.50, or more, en the 16th day of each month begin-
ning on the 16th day op February, 1945, and. contim�ing until fully paid.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interesc
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said `'
lands to said bidder for said purcha.se price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid:
NOW THEP.EFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the n�ayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lyn��ood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the a.uthority in-
vested in them so to,do in Resolution No. 1487.
