A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNINOOD, CALIFO�NIA, ACCEPTING BID °
• '. FOR THE PURCHASF OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED -
REAL PROPERTY,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the Cgty-ovaned ta.x deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes �nd assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land�
' THEREFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid bf �
Benjar�n Decl�er and P�iargaret P. Decker
now on file with the City Clerk of the City of L,ynwood, wherein �
_ the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upor. the-partial payment plan and which bid was in all
-� re�pects`made`in accordance �^aith the provisions of Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid ��as publicly opened by
the Cgty Clerk at a�,_ - regular meeting of_.the City Council,
, upon the 16th day of JanuarY _ 1945 , is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said larids. That said lands described
in said bicl are as fo2lows, to evit:
Lot 34.4, S. 15 feet; Tract 2551, afi per man recorded
in Book 24, Pages 75, 79 and 80, of Tviaps, Records of
Los Angeles Count,y-,. California.
BE IT FURTHEit RESOLVED, that the purchase price ofiered
for said lands is in the sum of �175.00 , payable .,�17.50 accom�
panying bid, and �14,32, or more, on the 16tn da.ycof each inonth begin-
ning on the 16th da,y of rebruary, 1945, and continuing untiil fully p�id.

BE IT FURTHEH RESOLVED, that it is for the best interest
of the people of the Clty of Lynwood, Ca.lifornia, to sell said
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of caid bid:
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with a.nd by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
