!?'HEREAS, the State of Guli.fornia, through its Dep�rt-

ment of Public Workg, �ivision of Highways, has presented
a first supplemental memorandtxm of agreement in.accordance v!ith
. a project statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the
1/4 cent gas tax for the fiscal year 1945 allecate-d for streets
of major importance other than State higYiways in the City of
Lynwood, and
IYHEREAS, the Co�ancil has r.ea.rd read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, and-

City of Lynwood. thflt said agreement for expenditure of 1/4
