Se it resolv2d by the bity Council oP the Clty of Lyn-
wood, California, as follovas:
w'HEREAS, the Cit,y Cauncil of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the ,_16th day of January , 194 ac-
cepted the offer of �tirthur R. 3trin�er, and Edna Stringer,
for the purcl� se of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynuiood in and to certain lands lying within
sald City;
NOW, TH::REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereUy resolve, 3e�e:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Ly mvood shall convey to
the sald Arthur R. Stringer, and Edna Stringer,
said property h�reinafter described, sub�ect to condition�,
restrlctions, re�ervations and ea�ements of record.
That the City shall convey to sa�d purchaser no other
or greater title to �aid lands than ha� b2en acquired by
said City, �
Section 2. That upon pa,yrnent to the City of Lynvrood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollare-------------(�10.00)
the PvIayor of the C1ty of L,ynwood is hereby auth-
I orized and directed to execute a deed of cunveyance of cer-
ta?_ti land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
s�ecified to Arthur R. Stringer, ar�cl Edna Stringer,

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that �h� City
Cle.rk of said Cit;r 7.e hereby auttiorize3 to att�st aai3
deed and to affi� the City se�l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said Cit,y of I,ynwood.
Secti��3. Th�t the Iu.<�.yor and Cit;r Clerk of said City,
on bet.a.lf of s�id Ci.ty, are iiereby authorized to �ign any .
escrow a�reement necesaory to complete the tr3nsfer of said
la nds.
Sectir>n 4. '?'hat the City Clerk oi said City i� author-
ized to deliver saic3 deeci to the ;rantee therein named, on
beha,lf of the sr�id Citp of Lynv�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
ditien *hat the saicl ec�nsideration shall have been paid to �
