Be lt resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
tr�ood, California, as followst
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Lynwood has
here�ofore, on tiie 16th d� a � . January , 1945c ac-
cepted the offer of Hollydale Hom2s Inc., � California
aorporation,
for the purchasc of.all o£ the right, title and interest of
the Gity of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE',REFORE, the.City Councii of the City of Lyn-
�vood does.:hereby,resolve, determine and order as follows;
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall conve;� to
the said Hollydale Homes, Ine., a California corporation,
said property kirreinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sui� purchaser no other
or greater�title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lymvood of
the sum of One Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($1,000.00)
_ the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and direCted to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
taln land hereinafter described, conveying.the same ae above
speclfied to Hollydgle Homes, Inc., a C2lifornia Corporation,
