RESOLUTION OF REPORT UPON HEARING ON INVESTI_
GATION REPORT.
BE IT RE50LVED by the City Council of the City oP Lynwood,
CaliPornia, as follows:
(1) That purauant to Section 8 of the "Special Aaseas-
ment Investi�ation, Limitation and Ma,�ority Protest Act oP 1931",
the following report be, and the sane is,hereby made of the
findinga and determinationa oP said City Couneil made upon the
- hearing held and condueted by said City Council pursuant to
its order theretofore duly made, upon the Investigation Report
upon the contemplated improvement of Tract 11862, Blocka "A°
, and "B", Records of'Loe Angelea County, particularly bounded by
Biz111e Road on the VPeat, Ernestine Avenue on the East, Walnut
Avenue on the South, and the property line 149,23 Peet North
of Platt Anernze on the North by constructing curbs, guttera and
sidewalka and by the doing of necessary appurtenant work, as pro-
posed in Resolution No. 1755 of the Citq douneil of the City of Lynwood;
(a) That,the hearing upon said Investigation Report was
_ held on the 6th day of February, 1945, at the hour of 8:00
o'clock P, dR., at the Council Chamber in the City Hall in said
� City of Lynwood, and said hearing was fully completed and con- ;
cluded on said. date without ad�ournment;
(b) That at the time of said hearing, the City Clerk of
the City of Lyne�ood presented to sa.id City Council his Affidapit
of Mailin� of Notices in the time, form and manner and to the
pereons as required by law; that said Affidavit ia now on file

in the oi'fice of said County �lerk;
(c) Tnat at the commencenent of said hearing and before
protests were considered, the Investigation Report above re-
ferred to (except as tl the nap, plat or diagram attached thereto

and the assessed. valuations and true valuations of, and assess-
ments and estimated assessments upon individual parcels of land)
was read and explained to those assembled in attendance at said
hearing;
(d) That there were 42 persons in attendance at said
hearing, other than those holding and conducting same, in con-
nection with the hearing of said report;
(e) That no written protests were filed with the City
Clerk of the �ity of Lynwood at or before the time fixed for
said hearing;
(F) Tnat there were no writien protests made or pre-
sented at or during the progress of said Yiearing;
(g) Tnat there were no oral protests made at said hearing.
{h) That said written protests vrere filed by the o�vners of
less than fifty per cent (50�), viz., `no per cent of the total
area of the distri ct proposed to be assessed for the payment of
the costs of said improvement; and
(i) That the natux•e of the protests made is as follows:
