RESOL�3TION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUThORI'LING THE EXECUTION OF k1 DEEll
UPON PAYNiENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resoloed by the City Council of the City of Lyn-_
Viood, Californla, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit,y of LVnwood has
herei.ofore, oh tlze „_l6th day of ` JanuarY , 1945 ac�
bepted the offpr of Carl L. Willard and Lena L. Willard�
husband and wife as Joint tenants,
for bhe purchz�se of all of the right, title and interest oP
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
. NOW;•THE.REFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
tivood does hereby resolve, deterinin'e and order as followst
