RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTNORI'LING THE EXECUTIUN OF A DEF�ll
UPON PAYNiENT OF TkE CON�IDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
B'e it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-.
vrood, California, as follo�vs:
WHER�AS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hea
heretofore� on the 16th day of January ;.19 54 ac-
cepted the offer of Herman Meyer, a married man,
for the purchase of.all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynv��ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; ,
NOW, THF;RE.FORE, tHe City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete.mine and order as follows:
Section l, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
- the said Herman Meyer, a married man,
said property hereinafter described, sub,]ect to conditions�
restrictions,�recervatlons and easements of record.
That the City snall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than h�s been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Hundred Beventy-five and no/100 Dollara (�175.00)
the PAayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the Same as above
specified to Herman Meyer, a married man,

on beh�lf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City i� hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to afflx the City seal of tne City of Lynwood
tnereto, on behalf of the �ai& City of Lynv.�ood.
5ection 3, That the Nkz.yor nn3 City Clerk of sald City,
on b�half of sa.id City, are hereby atkthorized to �ign any .
escrow agreement neces�ary to complete the transfer of saic3
lt�ndc.
Section ��. `Phat the City Clerk of st�id City is author-
ized to deliver s�id dee& to thr� grantee therein named, on
• beh-alf of the �aid City of Lyne�ood, tzs soon as, or upori o,on-
dition *hat the s�id con�ideration sha21 have been paid to
s�id City.
' Section 5. The property coriveyed by this a�reement is
described as follo���s, to ��it:
Westerly s�.of Lot 1, Block 11, Tract 9337; as
per map recorded in Book 130,� Pa�es 61, 62 and
63, of Maps, Recorde of Loe Angeles County,
California.
