RESGLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AU'PHORI�ING THE EXECUTTUN OF A DEF�I]
UPON PAYIViENT OF TriE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be St resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
woo3, California, as follows:
VJHEREAS, the City Council of tne Git,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 5th day of December _, 1944 .&c-
cepted the offer of Harold M, Anderson and Muriel H.
� Anderson, husband and wife as �oint tenanta,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest'of
the City of Lynwoo& in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City af Lyn-
tivood does hereby reso2ve, dete.mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the Gity of Lynwood shall conve�r to
� the said Harold M. Anderson and Muriel H. Anderaon,
huaband and wife as �oint tenante, '
said property hereinafter described, subJect to conditions>
restrlctions, reservationa and easements of record.
That the City snall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Secti.on 2. That upon p�ayment to the Cit,y of Lymvood of
the sum of Fine Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�500.00) �
the Mayor of the City of.Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain Iand hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
3pecffied to Harold M. Anderaon and Muriel H. Andereon,
huaband and wife;�ae ,�oint tenanta,

on bc�half of the sald City of Lynwood,-aad that the City
Clerk of sa.id City ie hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City seal of the Cit,y of Lynw��od
thereto, on behalf of the said Cit,y of Lynurood.
Section 3. Th�.t the Mayor r�nd City Clerk of said�Cit,y;
- on beha.lf of sa.id Gity,.are hcreby authorized to sign any .
escrow agreement necesssry.to complete the transfer of said
la nd>.
