Be it resolved by tlie City Council oP the City of Lyn-
wood; California, as follows:
WHEHEAS,.the City Gouncil of the Ci.ty of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the lat day of June _, 194,_,'� ac-
cepted the offer of Lynwood Welfare,
for the �urchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said Clty; •
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:

" Section 2. 'That the City of Lynwood shall donvey to
the said Lynwood Welfare, ,
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditioris,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record. �
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said landa than has been acquired by �
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City.of Lync�rood of
the sum of Six Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars (�650.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land herelnafter described,� conveying the same as above
specified to Lynwood Welfare,

on beh�lf of the c�id C�ty of Lynwood, and that �,�e Cit�r
Clerk of sald City i.� hereb5� authorized to attest sald
deed and to ».Pfih the City se�.l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, or� behalf of the said Clt,y of Lynv�oocl.
Secticn 3. Th:at the Ma,yor and City Clerk of sE�13 City,
on behalf of sald City,, are nereby authorized to eign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the tranafer of said
landc.
Section 4. 'Phat the City Clerk of said City is author-
�izecl to deliver said deed to th� E ;rr�ntee therein named, on
behc�lf of the s�id Cit,v of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon eon-

' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described a3.fo11oN�s, to wit:
South one-half of Lot 8, Tract 2794, as per
map recorded in Book 28, Paee 6, of Mapa,
Records of Los Angeles County, California,
' excepting and reserving an easement to the
Grantor over the Westerly 10 feet for $treet
and Fublic Hi�hway.
