RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Gity of Lynwood has
heretofore, orn the _ 5th day of �ent��,ber , 194,� ac-
ce.pted t�he offer of Frederick H, Almas, a single man,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
the CiCy of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey-to
the sald Frederick H. Almas, a ain�le man�
said property herelnafteT deacrSbed, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City ahall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands tY:an has been acquired by �
s�id City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City.of Lynwood of
the eum of Fine Hundred anfl no/100 Dollara-------($500.00)
the P�Sayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth�
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
taim land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Frederick H. Almas, a single man,

. Cle.rk of said City ic hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City se��.l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
5ection 3. Th:�t the Mayor and City Clerk of said Cit,y,
on beha.lf of s4.id Ci.ty, are hereby authorized to eign any .
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
