RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING TH� INTENTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY OF LYN'�OOD TO FORTH-
WITH ADOPT IT5 TEDITATIVE REPORT RELATIVE TO RE_ZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, FROPA ZONE
R.1 TO ZONE C 3 AS ESTABLISHED BY ORDII�ANCE 2g5,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNYd00D, CP.LIFORI�?IA DOES HERE=
BY RESCLVE AS FOLL0F9S:
That public necessity and public convenience and the gerieral wel-
fare of the people of Lynwood, California, reqtaire that the City Council
of said City of Lynwood.ahould adopt a tentative report, progoeing to
change certain lands within the corporate limits of the City oP Lynwood,
California, from Zone R 1 as eetsblished in 5ection '7 of Ordinance 285

to Zone 6 3 as es:tablished in Section 8 of Ordinance 285 of the City 6f
Lynwood. •
' With the further proviEions that there sha11 be a 20 foot set back
from Bullis Road. to Muriel Drive on both sides of Century Boulevard. All

buildings must have 16 Poot ceilings, minimum 80 foot depth. All full
i
depth buildinge must have display windows in both front and rear, and ex-
terior rear of buildings ahall be finished samejasf ront, All parking
area must be paved.
If the property deacribed in the Ordinance is not developed accord-
ing to plan, the property will be rezoned to R 1.
That the lands to be re-zoned as above apecified are located within
the corporate limits of Lynwood, California, and a.re described as follows:
