He it resolved hy ttie Citv Council of the City of Lyn-
�wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Couneil of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 17th day ef October _, 1g44 aa- �
cepted the offer.of Clarence E. Hainea and Marie K. Haines,
husband and wife as �oint tenants,
for the �urchase of all of .tlie right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
eaid City;
NOW, THE:REFOHE, the City Councll of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to
the said Clarence E, Hainea and Marie K, fiaines, husband and
wife as ,foint .tenants,

eaid property hereinafter deacribed, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictionc, re:,ervations and eaGements of recorcl, and sub,ject
to any unpaid taxes, assessments and bonds of record.
That the City shall corivey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter title to said land3 than has been aoquired by
said City,
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Seventy-five and no/100 Dollars--------(�75.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyAnce of cer-
tain la.nd hereinafter described, conveying the same a� aUove
specifled to �larence E. Haines and P.�iarie K. Haines, husband
and wife as joint tenants,

Section 3. That the Mayor and C1tv Clerk of said Cit,y,
on bFhalf of sald Cj.ty, are hereby authorized to sign any
e�cx�ow agre�ment necessary to complete the tra.nsfer of said
land.�.
