Be it resolved hy the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WH�:REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
hereT,ofore, on the 17th day of October _, 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer oP Arthur C. Wright, a married man;
for the �urcl2ase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood Sn and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete.mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Ly mvood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. �Nright, a married man,
snid property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditlons,
restrlctiona reservAtions and easemerits of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter title to said lands than h�s been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon �ayment to the City of Lync�iood of
the sum of Three Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars (�,350.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized.and directed to execute fl deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as aUove
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man, •

on behr�lf of the caid City of Lynwood, and tha.i th� City
Clerk of said City is h<�reb,y autho.rize3 to Attest said
deed and to affix the City se��l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Secticn 3. That the iu:ayor and City Clerk of said City,
on b�ha.lf of said City, are hereby authorized to �ign any
escrow a(?re�ment necessary to complete the transfer of said
lnnds.
Section 4. 'Phat the City Clerk of said Gity is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the ;rantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Cit� oP Lynv.�ood, as soon ns, or upon con-
dition that tlle said evnsideration shz�ll have been paid to
said. C:ty.
' 8ection 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follov�ts, to wit:
Lots 29 and 30, Tract 6575, as per man recorded in
Book 127, Page 50, of P�iaps, Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
