• Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood., California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the C1Ty of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 15th day of June , 1944 a�_
cepted the offer of Arthur �. Wright, a married man,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said Clty; .
NOW, THL^;REFOHE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the Clty of Lymvood ahall convey to
the said Arthur C. Wri�ht, a married man,
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sald purchaser no other
or greater title to �aid lands than has beeq acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City oP Lynviood of
the sum of Three Hundred and no/100 Dollars-------(�300,00) ,
the PaIayor of the C1ty of Lynwood is hes•eby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,

on behalf of the �aid City of Lynwood, and that the Cit�
Cle.rk of said Oity Sc hereby authorized to attest eaid
deed and to af,fix the City se�l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on UehalP of the said Cit,y of Lyn+r�ood.
Section 3. That tne Mayor and City Clerk of s�id Cit,y,
on beha.lf of sa.id Ci.ty, are hereby authorized to �i�;n any
escrow tz�;reement necessary to complete the transfer of eaid
lands.
Section 4. `Ph�at the City Clerk of saicl City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to th� grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
• diti.on that the seid consideration sht�ll have been paid to
said City,
' Section 5. The property conveye�l by this a�reement is
desc= ibed as follov�s, Eo wit:.
Lot.36, Tract 9862, as ner mao recorded in Sook 137,
Pages 21 and 22, of Maps, Records of Los Angelea
County, C�fornia.
