The Xylem Flygt Service Center, hereby agrees to make periodic maintenance inspection(s). For a single yearly
visit the price will be $600.00, for 2 visits a year the price will be $1000.00, and for 3 visits a year the price will
be $1200.00. These prices are per station, per year with our crane truck. (Flygt pumps only)
We also offer a monthly maintenance service without our crane truck. We inspect and document all run times,
hose down the grease mat, check for proper operation of all floats, relays, contacts, phase monitors, alarm
systems, and do a drawdown to check the proper flow rates of your pumps. The reports are filed here and also
sent to you. These stations don't have to be "FLYGT" stations.
Xylem Flygt will supply the equipment to do the following with the crane truck:
1) Service the pumps and controls as needed
If there are any deficiencies found during the inspection in either the pump or associated equipment the
customer has the following options:
1) Return pump to the Xylem Flygt shop for written estimate and repairs.
2) Permit Flygt personnel to make repairs on site if possible.
3) Order replacement parts and make repairs with own personnel.
All Flygt pump repairs are subject to the Xylem Flygt published warranty. Xylem Flygt assumes no liability for
damage to any equipment before, during or after inspection.
Xylem Flygt agrees to provide emergency service and repair in the event of failure or damage to equipment.
Such service will be invoiced at the supplier's standard rates for emergency service exclusive of the
maintenance inspection. Payment terms are Net 30 days. �, f � 1 n
