OF AGREEt+�ENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4
CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF
MAJOR IMPORTANGE
�",�fiEREAS, the 5tate of CaliPornia, through its Depart-
ment of Public tNorka, Division of Highways, has presented a
• memorandum of agreemerit in accordance with a pro,ject statement
submitted by the City for eacpenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax
• for the fiseal year 1945 allocated Por streets of ma�jor import-
ance other than 8tate highways in the City of Lynwood, and
P7HEREAB, the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, and.desires
to approve the same;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
_ City of Lymaood that said agreement for expenditure of 1/4 cent
gas tax_ allocated for streets of ma,jor importance other than
State highways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of sa13
