Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of L,yn-
' wood, California, as follows:
WHk'.REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
, heretofore, on the 15th day of ` June _, I9�4 ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Wright, a: man,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP ��

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Couneil of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby reaolve, determine and order as follows:
--� Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall eonvey to
the �aid arthur C. Wright, a married man,
eaid property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restriction�, reuervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to 6aid purchaser no other
or �reater tStle to said lands than has been acquired by
said City. _
Section 2,. That upon payment to the Clty of Lynvrood af
the sum of F'ive Hund.red and no�1o0 Dollars--------(�500
� the PJiayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance o£ cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as aUove

escrow agreement necessary to complete the tran�fer of said
