Se it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHERF,AS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 7th day of Decemkter_, 194 3 ac-.
cepted the offer of Herman Goldberg and Goldie Goldberg,
husband and wife as Joint tenanta,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; �
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follovrs:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Herman Goldberg and (3oldie (�oldberg, hueband and
wife ae �oint tentanta,
s�id property h�reinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions,.reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sald purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by •
sald City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of• Lynvfood of
the sum of Nine Hundred and no/100 Dollare---------(�g00.00)
the f�Gayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth- '
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyAnce of cer-
� tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as aUove
specified to Herman Goldberg and Goldie Goldberg, husband and
wife as Joint tentants,

Clerk of said City i.s hereby authoriz'ed to attest eai� .
deed and to affix the City se�.l oi the Cit,y of Lynwood
thereto, oii behalf of the said City of I,yn��ood,

on b�half of s2.ic1 C9.ty, are hereby autharized to ei�n any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the ti�ansfer of eaid
landc,
Section 4. That the City Clerk ni said City is author-
izecl to dellver Uaid deed to the ;r�ntee therein named, on
beh�lf of the s�id City of Lynu�ood, as soon as, or upon oon-
