A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARIVG
THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAID .
CITY OF LYNWOOD TO FURTHWITH AD�PT ITS
TENTATIVE REPORT RELATIVE TO RE-ZONING.
� CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF LYN'NOOD,
FROBH ZONE R1 TO ZONE C 3 AS ESTABLISHED
BY ORDINANCE 285.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYN'+YOOD, CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: `
That public necessity and public convenience and
the �eneral arelfare of the people of Lymvood, California require
that the City Council of said Citq oP Lynwood, ahould adopt a
tentative report, proposing to change certain lands within the� '
corporate limits oP the Gity of Lynwood, Califbrnia, from Zone
R 1 as eatablished in Section 7 of O,dinance 285 to Zone C 3 as
,
eatabliehed in 3ect3on S of Ordinazlae 285 of the City of Lynwood.
That the lands to be re-zoned ae above specified�
ere located within the cor.porate limits of Lynwood, California,
- and are deacribed; as Pollows: ,
� The Easterlg 80 feet oP the Southerly 270 feet of Lot 25,
Tract 5103 as per I�iap recorded in Book 63, Page 55,

of Maps, Records of Los Angelea Countp, California.
3aid lands are Iocated on the North side of Imper3xl H].ghway between
Atl3ntice.Boulevard and Elm Avenue in the City of Lynwood.
That the C1ty Clerk of the City oP Lynwood aha.11 certify to
the adoption of this resoZution.
